Great book, I'm in florida often & would like to meet you, I am a big believer of the black operations you wrote about. You are deffinently high speed/low drag. - hoa! I was wondering if I could give you a call take you for a meal, the other book in which your the subject of License to Kill; I agree with you, you have to go down into those valleys and kill many generations in order to stop this problem. Godspeed to you.

Dear Sergeant Major Waugh, I work as an assistant producer for a television production company called Blink Films based in london, England. I am developing some ideas about the covert agents working in harsh conditions for some international broadcasters and I was hoping that I could speak tou you about your experiences. Please give me a suitable time to ring and telephone number so that I can speak to you about the above. Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Crispin

Hi Billy - Hope you remember me from Northern VA. I was thinking about you today. Looked up your telephone number but couldn't get it. Not sure where you are, what you are doing, whether you will get this, but please write if you do. Would love to hear from you and catch up. I know we parted ways not so good and would like the opportunity to correct that!!

SGM Waugh: Just read your book, and loved every minute of it. It gave me chills--and tears. I THINK I may have met you in Germany in 1978 or 1979. I was working at Coleman Barracks in Sandhofen, close to Mannheim, and was really good friends with a First Sgt. of the---2nd/13th?--Infantry. It's been long, long ago, but your face and name ring a bell. If I did meet you, I am honored. My father is retired military (USN Ret./ 1943-1967), and I was married to an Army man for over 10 years. Have you ever read a book and thought "I would love to have this person as a friend."? Thanks for all you have done. I agreed with most of the sentiments you expressed, and wish we had more like you and your comrades in arms in higher government. Thanks. Sincerely, Doris Ann Rudy

Billy Waugh, Thank you for all you have done to help America, in so many quiet and crucial ways, as a warrior, as the perfect "grey man", and today as an eminently qualified teacher to all that follow your path. I am so grateful for the friendship, generosity, and assistance you have offered me, and would feel privileged to help you and all your friends in the Chapter LX area in any way that I can.
